A bit about me
Kia ora, my name is Erin Marlow, and I am from Otepoti/Dunedin.
I am a proud mum to my two beautiful children and love to have the flexibility to run my small (and very successful – I might add!) business whilst also working part time in Education.
Supporting people to find their ‘path’, confidence and move forward is what I do best, I am highly skilled in this area and after completion of the Bachelor of Social Services – Career Practice (with Distinction) I feel I can confidently say I am full of knowledge in this field.
I have been in the Career Development space now since 2014, and in that time I have confidently learnt to understand the career models, tools, theories, the career decision making process as well as actively working in the recruitment space which is beneficial to have a holistic view on all things – relating to job seeking.
People matter to me and with that, I apply the Mattering Model (Norman E. Amundson) to my work, I ensure you feel valued, I emphasize the importance of creativity, imagination, cultural awareness, positive affirmation, and action as career development strategies when working with all my clients.
I encourage you to reach out to me if you feel you are wanting some change, support with your CV, or some coaching for your next interview. This is a small investment to give you the tools you need to get the best result.
Ngā Mihi, Erin 😊
